Project Overview
With three levels to explore, Farmer’s Daughters takes visitors on a seasonal journey from Melbourne city to the rolling hills, mountains, rivers and beaches of Gippsland. Located at the 80 Collins Street precinct, Farmer’s Daughters heroes and preserves the proud tradition of Gippsland’s farmers and producers and delivers their delicious produce direct to the heart of Melbourne.
The virtual tour highlights:
- Ground floor Deli – offering a seamless mix of casual dining and produce retail, bringing Gippsland direct to the heart of the Melbourne CBD.
- Restaurant on the 2nd floor – where the food concept is a formal interpretation of the Gippsland offering – designed to suit long business lunches, formal dinners, or a place to celebrate special occasions.
- The Rooftop Bar on Level 3 – has been inspired by the green spaces of regional Victoria including a greenhouse and herb garden.
